FTC CAMP LOCATION
FTC is an atmosphere in which I feel comfortable working out, and also to reach out to my trainer when I’m doing exercises on my own. I used to think a trainer was not really necessary to accomplish my goals, however after seeing NO results on my own I tried FTC and now I wouldn't change it! It is important and necessary to me to have someone help me not only with exercising but also with food and other healthy life choices and to keep me motivated in the process, I’m glad I found this training camp!
The exercises never get boring as they constantly change. Efren not only gives you guidance on exercises, but also on proper nutrition as well. I saw more results within a couple of months of working with Efren than I got in one year of working out by myself.
