Small group personal training is a more dynamic variation of personal training. Some people prefer to work 1-on-1 with a coach, others prefer to work in groups (2-5)
What is the difference ?
The biggest difference between group personal training and 1-on-1 personal training, is the setting. Just like NFL coaches train their team in groups, you will be trained in the same manner.
Your sense of accountability will not only stay between you and your coach, but it will also be among your teammates, making it harder to miss your session. You will experience a greater sense of commitment to your program because you don't want to let your newfound friends down.
