Fortza Personal Training is a lifestyle management program with a uniquely holistic approach to high-performance living.

When you change your behavior, you begin to function at a higher level across the board. Whatever it is you do, Fortza PT will help you do it at the peak of your powers. You'll move, fuel and recharge like a champion, every single day.

First we perform your fitness assessment

Your first step is the Fortza-Fit assessment, which includes an in-depth medical and fitness questionnaire, body composition index, movement screen, postural analysis and metabolic rate measurement.

Secondly, I  build your plan.

Real metrics lead to real results. I will combine data from your Fortza Fitness Assessment and lifestyle assessment To create a roadmap specific to you and your goals.

 

During your first session, I will  look for dysfunctional movement patterns and postural dysfunctions in order to prevent injuries and help you move better in and out of the gym.

Lastly, we start the work

The first month  is when you'll notice  most physiological changes. Not with your eyes , but you'll notice the improvement in your daily tasks. 

 

 

Your endurance, strength flexibility and your  ability to regenerate will increase. Your thoughts will be clearer and your eye-hand coordination will be speedier.

 

 

The second and third month is when you'll start seeing the the changes in the mirror.
