1 – 1.5 Tbsp all-natural or organic peanut butter (or coconut peanut butter, infused with coconut oil for a extra boost of healthy fats)
¾ medium banana, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut, lightly toasted
1 tsp grade B maple syrup
