Paleo Banana Coconut Ice-cream
This recipe is as simple as recipes get. Be mindful of the the amount of ice-cream you eat, this recipe is high in natural sugars.
4 ripe bananas 1 cup Coconut Cream 2 tsp Vanilla extract or 2 Vanilla Beans 1 tbsp of honey (optional)
Peel the bananas and mash them in a bowl with a masher until there are no big chunks
Add the vanilla extract (or scrape the insides of the vanilla beans)
Stir in coconut cream
If you would like the ice cream smooth, put it in the blender
Pour in a bowl, cover it, and place it in the freezer
As soon as this firms up (1-2 hours), this ice cream is ready to devour!
Tip: Stir in chocolate chips!
