The Most Spectacular Hike in San Diego
Fitness doesn't have to always be conducted indoors. Although I personally prefer a comfortable air conditioned environment, taking your workouts outside can be very rewarding. Most of the time we're obligated to spend our workday indoors and hardly get the opportunity to enjoy nature. If you live in San Diego, hiking can be a nice part of your workout regimen, we have some incredible hiking spots. The the most beautiful hike in San Diego is the Cedar Creek Falls, a challenging six mile round-trip hike. You start your way to the falls downhill on a trail with no shade. The gem of this hike is “The Devil’s Punchbowl” a spectacular waterfall plunging 80 feet into a cold pool of water, where you can rest, and swim to get ready for the strenuous uphill hike; the most difficult part of trail.
Before you head out, make sure to get your required permit, you won't be let in without it. Visit HERE to get yours. Make sure to stretch and foam roll throughly after.
