A goal that excites you will make a HUGE difference
An inspired workout can be completely different from a workout without inspiration. Which is usually the main difference between people that get results and people that don’t. Today I want to speak to you about inspiration and help you realize that it’s just as important as the workout itself.
What helped me personally is imagining how I confident I would be and feel, knowing that I was doing everything I could to get the body of my dreams. Greg Plitt was (and still is) great part of that inspiration. I’ve always wanted to be like him. Strong, imposing, good looking and extremely confident without being cocky, nor mean. Sadly he passed away two years ago.
Studies on human psychology have proven that when the motivation is intristic, you’re much more likely to stick to your goals rather than base it on looks. So think about the real reason that you want to make a change for. What will it do for you? Why will this make you happy. Keep asking why over and over. You will inevitably find a very deep answer that you probably weren’t aware of. It will change you, and your life.
