Chinese Chicken Salad Recipe
This week’s recipe is a Chinese recipe. This is the first Chinese food recipe I’ve ever posted on here, and theres a reason behind it.
Simply put, stay away from food with too many strong spices. Since last Friday I’ve been suffering like never before. I decided to have Panda Express for dinner, that same night I couldn’t sleep, couldn’t eat, and had the most horrible and sharpest stomach pains ever! I thought it would go away but it didn’t. The doctor told me that the spices damaged part of the lining of my stomach and my stomach acid was hurting it.
He also told me that theres a sign outside every single Panda Express sayingtheir food may cause cancer. To finish off my doctor laughed and told me to be more selective with the places I eat at.
Anyways, I believe I’ll be helping you guys and maybe save you guys from a horribly painful experience by motivating you guys to prepare this super healthy Chinese Chicken Salad instead of visiting your closest Chinese food restaurant.
